今年的主題是“聽見未來,從預防開始”,耳部疾病預防再度引發(fā)社會關(guān)注。一條有關(guān)兒童用藥不當致聾的公益廣告,也于近期在社交刷屏。統(tǒng)計顯示,有類似遭遇的兒童,我國每年約有3萬名之多。針對這一問題以及防范方法,北京晨報記者日前采訪了相關(guān)專家。
專家表示,造成兒童耳聾的主要藥物是氨基糖甙類藥物。因此,兒童用藥應格外謹慎,原則上不使用有明確耳毒性的氨基糖甙類藥物。此外,兒童中存在藥物性致聾基因攜帶者,一旦接觸此類藥物,極易致聾。通過耳聾基因檢測,可盡早發(fā)現(xiàn),避免藥物性耳聾的發(fā)生。
藥物性耳聾源自基因突變
在上面提到的公益廣告中,一位5歲小朋友說道,自己因為3年前發(fā)高燒用藥不當逐漸喪失聽力。在以往的新聞報道中,也曾出現(xiàn)過兒童因為治療感冒等常見病用藥不當造成耳聾的案例。
據(jù)國家食藥監(jiān)總局南方醫(yī)藥經(jīng)濟研究所等發(fā)布的《2016年兒童用藥安全調(diào)查報告baipi》顯示,我國每年因用藥不當約有3萬名兒童耳聾。
對于因用藥不當致聾的兒童在耳聾患者中的比例,北京電力醫(yī)院耳科專業(yè)副主任醫(yī)師趙亮進行了估算,他舉例說,“1999年,上海對市屬的4所聾啞學校共計275名學生進行調(diào)查,明確因藥物導致耳聾的孩子占71%;其他地區(qū)的報道顯示,藥物性耳聾的比例也多在50%上下。我國有聽力殘疾的總?cè)藬?shù)約2780萬,按照這個比例計算,藥物性耳聾的兒童人群是相當龐大的。”
